OPS Applications Are Closed!
OPS is a year-long program held by IEEE geared toward giving undergraduate students an opportunity to get hands-on experience with embedded systems. The program is made up of:
- 4 projects in the Fall
- 3 projects in the Winter
- 1 capstone project in the Spring
These projects cover a wide range of topics, starting from the basics of building a circuit and progressing to working with Arduinos and PCB Design.
Deposits and Participation Plan
You'll pay a deposit of $120 at the beginning of the program to receive your parts kit.
- Each quarter you'll have an opportunity to earn $40 back by completing all of your projects!
- By the end of the year, you'll have earned your entire $120 deposit back, and you get to keep all the parts in your kit! This is made possible by our generous patrons.
We will provide all the resources you need to finish the projects and we never expect OPS projects to interfere with your GPA.
